Last night Ireland announced their representative for Eurovision Song Contest 2017: Brendan Murray!

Known to the public from the Irish boy band HomeTown, Murray, along with his bandmates, released the hit singles “Cry for Help” and “Where I Belong.”

The decision was made by the well-known Louis Walsh  and it was said that they are still searching for a ballad, an “Adelle” – type of song.

We wish them good luck in finding the right combination for Kyiv 2017 as it’s been a while sience the top country at Eurovision managed to qualify in the final!
